What to Expect
*I am currently only seeing clients virtually through a secure telehealth platform.
Fees: $210
There is no fixed number of sessions or a “correct” timeline for therapy. Some people are ready to stop therapy after 10 sessions, and others decide to stay for years. It depends on many factors, including your level of need, connection to the therapist, willingness to be vulnerable and honest, and the utilization of skills learned outside of therapy. Throughout our time together, we will continue discussing and evaluating what cadence works best for you based on your goals, schedule, and emotional needs.
While therapy will likely start as weekly sessions, as you reach your goals, they could move to biweekly or monthly until you’re ready to end. This is a collaborative and ongoing process we will discuss openly and directly.
In therapy, we will explore the patterns, stressors, and dynamics that shape your experience, while incorporating practical tools to help you feel more grounded and aligned with your values.
If we decide to terminate therapy before you reach your goals (a move out of state, other life change, or if we’re no longer a good fit for one another), we will process together, discuss options, and find referrals to continue your care with someone more fitting.
